After a few years off along with shooting with a drebel, all of this is fairly new to me. Here is a pic of my 4 year old daughter shot with a kit lens along with a few adjustments. Resize it to max 800 pixels width or height then save as a jpg - lower the quality a little if you have to.

Oh, I forgot to say, make sure you save it as a copy or rename it - don't overwrite your original.
