Football - The BIG Hits!!

I thought it might be fun to create a thread where people could post the biggest hits they captured at their games. In case people like the idea, let me be the first to contribute.

This was from a Pee Wee (ages 7-9) game in Tampa. It's obvious who has played before. This Cardinal player was one of two that comprised the play-makers for the team. They performed on both sides of the line.

I was right there when the hit occurred and you could hear the crunch from afar. Great hit taking them both airborne! The crowds reaction was just a tumultuous.

Great shots and think this could be an interesting thread. All four feet off the ground, that is awesome!!

Here is my contribution. This was from the Indiana HS state finals last year at The Hoosier Dome. The QB (horizontal wearing Nikes) never saw the LB (#32). Anyone who was at this game would remember the hit. BANG!! then OOHHH!! from the crowd then OOHHH over and over as they kept replaying it on the big screen. Could have been a better image but definitely the best hit I have seen live in a long time.

That looks like a tough shot! On top of the moving action, capturing between two players. Crystal Clear. Mad props to the elevation! That's a HIT!!

this was a crushing blow. the 2 was trying to keep the 85 out of the endzone. the 85 had a full head of steam and was much bigger.

Embarrassing. Story behind the capture is just as good as the image. Great capture!

Thank you... No he didn't throw his flag.... He said that he couldn't see his hands on the mask...
