Default Burrowing Owls

Found these 3 owls along side a road thanks to my UPS photographer friend.

Thanks for the comments. I did get a couple of flight shots. I'm not sure what it was hunting... never did see the kill. They blend into the busy background and did not come out as well as I had hoped.

Nice captures. Well done on the flight shots.

We lost our burrowing owls that were nearby to development. I never did get any pictures.

Cool! Whereabouts in ND did you see them? I went through ND this summer on my way to Yellowstone, wound up picking up a wounded great horned owl on the side of I-94 near Fargo.

I saw your posts about the owl. These shots are taken between Devils lake and Cando. ( North Eastern ND) We are about 80 miles north and 90 miles to the west of Fargo.
