Default Striplight for full body shoots: (1) Which size (2) Regular or indirect softbox?

Which size for a striplight would you recommend for full body shots?

I have Elinchrom studio flashs and acutally are comparing the following:

Softboxes by Elinchrom:
(1) Rotalux Softbox 35x90 cm
(2) Rotalux Softbox 50x130 cm

Indirect soft box
(3) Strip Lite 33x175cm

My favorite is actually the Rotalux Softbox 50x130 cm.

One question is when it could be better to use the 35x90 cm for full body shots.
Another question is when the Strip Lite 33x175 cm makes more sense than the Rotalux Softbox 50x130.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

In fact all focuses on the question: Is an indirect softbox really much better for full body shots than a regular softbox?

I just recently picked up the 50 x 130, but I apologize - I don't have any sample photos to post just yet. When I was researching my purchases, I, too, was interested in the indirect bank. However, I just found it too difficult to justify the additional cost. (I think it's approximately $700 more - or somewhere in that ballpark).
