I took this shot yesterday at a birthday party. It's of a friend of mine and her 6-month-old son, Charles Xavier (yep, that's his name for all you X-Men fans). I only wish that I had a wider lens at the time because it really bothers me that I cut off the top of his head. Nonetheless, I think it's such a genuine picture. If i had backed up, I might have missed the opportunity.
![]() Here is a priceless shot of Charlie. ![]() Both were taken with my Drebel, Tamron 28-75, 550ex w/ LightsphereII. Please feel free to comment. I hope you enjoy them.

They are great pictures. Kids seem to make great subjects.

We discussed it on this thread have a look: http://photography-on-the.net/forum/...ad.php?t=62913 These pictures were taken in the vertical position with the LSII attached to my 550ex. So far, I am seeing why Gary Fong says that it could eliminate the need for a flash bracket. . . . however, subjects in front of a wall taken in vertical position will cast a shadow on the right side (light coming from left) I've only had it for a few days . . . I'll have to get more experience with it to give a definitive answer, but so far, it looks great!!!
