Default soft image fix?

Is there anyway to fix a soft image through software and what can be used? I do have lightroom

Well, you can sharpen the image to an extent, although you can't create detail from nothing. Lightroom does have a sharpening option under Develop that you could use.

Sharpen and resize down. Most people argue that better ISO performance is more useful than more MP, but "fixing" a blurry image in post isn't one of those cases.

well, maybe you should first understand what is the reason for low image sharpness. and then think about ways to fix it.

Adding some "noise" or grain to an image will give the impression that it's sharper than it actually is.

In short, no.

really, it depends what you mean by "Soft". If it is noticeably motion blurred or out of focus, no. If it is just a touch softer than you would like, a little Unsharp Mask goes a long way.
