I shoot RAW 100% of the time, for sports, landscapes, portraits, etc. The only disadvantage for me is that you run out of card space quicker, but that's an easy fix. I prefer editing using the RAW editor in PS, it makes it much easier to crop/straighten images then opening up JPEG's individually, and it gives me the control of easily changing the WB and exposure if there are issues.
