When the cardinals come to my feeder, they tend to monopolize it, not letting any other birds get to it until they're gone, but apparently the juveniles aren't quite as aggressive. I know the quality isn't great; I was shooting right at sunset, and didn't want to use flash, to avoid chasing them off. And I couldn't figure out how to get the noise reduction to work on the raw (.cr2) files in DPP.
Scoping out the territory: Hmmm. He's not moving over for me... So let's try it from the other side... he seems to be staying where he is... Made it!!! The sweet taste of victory... Meanwhile, mother is keeping an eye on the surroundings. D |
