My 5D mkII showed 195 clicks and looked new. Probably someone's return, but the pictures coming out of it look great!

My 5D mkII looked brand new. Shutter count registered 192 clicks. Well worth the S10 I sent for the discount...:)

What is the Canon Loyalty Program please?

Thanks

For those that have taken advantage of the Canon Loyalty Program, please vote from one of the following options which best describes the overall condition of the camera you received from them. I think a lot of people are leery of buying refurbished items due to the fact you are never positive of the condition of the item like you are when buying new.

Thanks!

If you go to the marketwatch forum here on POTN, there is large thread describing and discussing the program.

My 7D looked brand new, but I wasn't able to check shutter count. Regardless, I have no complaints!

My 7D looked great and had 275 clicks. But it also had an Err 40 problem. Had to send it back and now waiting for its replacement. Been over a week already.

I didn't utilize the CLP for my 5D MKii but I did just buy it directly from Canon refurbished for $1799. It had 90-something clicks on it and was indistinguishable from new as well.

I have purchased two bodies thorugh the CLP, 50D and 7D. Both looked like new. The 50D had a shutter problem, error30, after 6 months, sent it back to Cannon and I had it back in 10 days fixed no charge. Great Cannon service as always.
