EE 2.02 installer - Page 3

I've created a database, uploaded the files, set the permissions and edited the settings and prefs files 4 different times now and each time when I browse to the admin folder I am presented with the Exibit Engine Admin Login screen and no matter what I enter as the username and password I get nothing... the fields clear... but nothing else. Anyone have any ideas?

Is there a download link for 2.04? The link given at http://photography-on-the.net/ee/ doesn't work for me. I am redirected to http://pwsync.co.uk/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

Is this still available for download?
