I noticed today that there is a couple of threads of people asking to see pics from a certain lens. I thought it would be cool if there were one thread to lead people to other threads where pics have been taken with a certain lens. Not only could you view each thread but could also add to it when you get your lens. Now I know there are a lot of lenses out there, but it seems like for most here the selection is much smaller. I will start the list with some of the ones from the first ten pages or so today and we can add them here as we build. Also, if you know of a thread where pics are requested or shown, post it here.

As some have mentioned it would be great if when you post a pic, post a 100% crop as well.

UPDATE: Prices are now listed next to the lens. These prices are US dollars and are approximate based on several US retailers (B&H, Adorama, KEH, Amazon, Sigma4Less, etc.), as of August 1, 2007.

In2Photos wrote in post #5522499 (external link)
There have been a few PMs and posts regarding prices being inaccurate. As I am sure most of you can understand there is no way I can police the pricing of these lenses. So if you see a price that is incorrect, remembering that they are only estimates in US dollars, send me a PM with the correct price and the lens for which the price is incorrect. I will then do my best to update the price. But I will not, I repeat, will not search the net for every lens here on the list every so often to keep it updated.

It's a great idea and should become a sticky IMHO.

Here is one for the Canon EF-S 10-22mm:

If more pics are posted, this thread may turn into something:

EF 28 f/1.8 USM

Thanks CDS for the sticky. I hope this turns out to be useful.

I know you have one thread already for the EF-S 10-22 but this one is growing fast, has a variety of different shots and 100% crops! (well one so far) :) :

A lens this good deserves more than one thread!
It's pure coincidence that I started it!

Here is a thread that has a lot of good links about the Canon EF 70-300 IS:

Worth adding to the list, In2photos?

There is a huge disadvantage with pbase on this. And that is that You can only view random photos.

I've been researching the Canon EF 28 f1.8 and noticed it is not yet on your list. Take a look and see if you think this thread might be worth adding: http://photography-on-the.net …6374&highlight=canon+28mm
Unfortunately it is 85% opinions and only 15% photos - as happens so often!
