I was down on Newbury yesterday with my old boss who is visiting from Des Moines. Saw this and had to quickly snap it.

I was thinking he had loaded parents. He was nice enough to slow down to have me take some pictures as he went by.

nah, impossible....you have to be on "the list" to get a brand spanking new Ferrari, in red. Even the head of Ferrari USA isn't on the super exclusive list. No way a young teenager would be on that list for a 458 Italia, no matter how much money. So someone else got it, and let him drive it.

Old man in Monte Carlo who drove a Ferrari told me "When you get a Ferrari, always drive slowly, nobody drives them fast, you want to be seen in it ;)"

Nice shots Harm - really peaceful. I've got an open invitation to go across the pond to visit my brother-in-law and his family in a "village of only 2000 people". They reside in a 600 year old house... the photo opportunity is motivation itself!

I totally live in the wrong part of the world.

very possible to be on that list. I know a few kids here for school that collect cars as a hobby. pretty crazy but it can happen

The epitome of Boston sports... ;)

These people paid good money to get seats like that... only to vacate them when the storm arrived. Sigh...

I agree, I always stick it out. But the weather could also have played a factor. It wasn't that nice out... But then again it hasn't been nice for a month. :D

After this Friday, I am free until June 25th. Three weddings done this year so far!! :) I'm game for whatever!

Harm, still working on getting the name of the village - I didn't miss that post.

I'm trying to get a wordpress site setup right now - this is frustrating! :(
