Default Is this still life???

I found this between the United States Court House in Tacoma and Daly Chully Glass musuem....

Is this thread able to spark anybody to locate a bell. There are 53 of these bells through the USA. At least one in every state. Come on now.. even if it only America...

The top picsture says it's a reproduction of the Liberty Bell.
