I just join the club also. Lighter than 1dii. I notice at points not visible in low light scenario but I get af beep. Is their custom function I need to turn on/off?

Hi everyone, my first pic post, for your consideration..... please be gentle.... :)
I took this pic very close to my one year anniversary for DSLR ownership...and it shows how much growing I had/have to do. But it's not too bad, considering the light, the fact that is not my dog, and it was less than a half hour after I was nearly attacked by another golden retriever...

For Sale, 28-135, like new, under warranty and with box, etc included. I'll even throw in a UV and a Circular Polarizer and the hood, for $325 plus shipping.

You must have pissed off that Golden Retriever real bad as they are pretty gentle dogs. What did you do?

Oh and just post your photos we don't do all that critiquing stuff here. There's a specific forum for that.

I literally did nothing but walk by his house, on the walking path between a subdivision, those tracks and a creek, I was after some rare birds and it came running out of a house at me...I stood my ground and looked mean (I'm 6'2" 265) and convinced it I was tougher....farther down the walk, and this golden popped out of the bushes, tail wagging, stopped and turned like that for a second before running back to his master, the local Audubon bird expert!
