Woohoo... I found a two copies of Lens Work I from 1981 and 1986. Just received the 1981 version and the 1986 is in transit from Australia.

I joined CPS last October, this thread made me check my copy, it is indeed the 13th Edition. On the binder, at the very bottom in small black lettering is "E-13", and in the back it does say March 2011 13th Edition.

Only opened the book once...

Bought a brand new 13th edition version for $11 shipped from eBay, this might be one of my best deals ever.

I downloaded the internet document and printed the pages. Followed that up by producing a cover and making it into a book. Its simple enough to do.

Canon makes available a wide variety of Books, Manuals, Brochures, Guides, White Papers, and Marketing Material in Adobe PDF format.

I am collecting them in this thread...

I was too lazy to print one, so I picked up a copy from eBay for some $12. It's a nice reference! It looks that CPS does not offer it anymore as a sign-up gift, so maybe indeed they are working on "EF Lens work IV". Or else it has been discontinued.
