Guess the location of the posted picture and WIN
This game is very similar in structure to the super macro guessing game, EXCEPT the photo is opposite in scope. This game requires a post of a landscape/locational style photo.

For example post a picture of a notable bridge, park, etc. Viewers will then guess at the location/identity of the picture. The winner will post the next photo for guessing.

Hints are encouraged to keep interest and the game progressing. Suggested hints may be narrowing in local for example: hemisphere, continent, country, state or providence, city, etc. Or: cold, warm, warmer......

Simple rules:
photo must be taken by you

limit photo size to 1024pixel on the long side max

if no response after 12 hours, game is open for anyone to post a new pic

photos should have a reasonable amount of identifiable content. Avoid pictures of the bottom side of a picnic table.

photos should be from a public location. No way can we guess the location of a picture of the inside of a dog house!

Have fun, keep it light!

This is a continuation of the original, which can be found here.

I'm a little puzzled by this one Roy. I'm guessing there must be a corroborating picture on the web somewhere, but in it do we see the same person carving the face, the scene without the carver, just the little tilty easel thing, or something else ?

I'd guess a craft show or maybe a museum restoration exhibit type thing ?

Yeah, I was wondering whether the important bit is the person, the place or the object we need to focus on Roy?

First of all, to answer BmanH's question, it is not in New Mexico. Secondly, I think this WAIN might be too difficult, so I will tell you that this scupture offers a service for tourists/customers in a well-known building. I hope that helps.

So are you looking for where this sculpture is made or where this sculpture is seen by the public?

I did think that a lot of our American posters would have been to this place and seen this man. However, if the consensus is that it is too difficult, would you like me to remove it? In the past, WAINers have offered the opinion that 'nothing is too difficult' - including the Moenkopi Plateau!
