I want one... I have 4 plus IIs... I wonder if the zoning feature of the plus III will work with the plus IIs. So I can just have one plus III on my camera and the plus IIs on my strobes.

I wonder how they are going to be priced. The new stuff from Phottix seems pretty awesome.

Maybe AI can pick up a couple used Plus IIs at a good price when everyone jumps up to these.

The PW Plus III Zoning is available only on channels 17-32, the Plus II's only have channels 1-4.

Looks cool. I was going to order another Plus II this week. Any guesses as to when these will be available? I'd rather wait since these are cheaper and don't have the giant antenna.

Not impressed. Everybody seems to be amazed about the battery indicator... really? I'll pick up 4 cactus V5's for the price of 1 plusIII. Also, a plastic foot? common!

That they priced it $30 cheaper than the Plus II's is really cool, IMO.
Still too rich for my blood, but I appreciate that they didn't price at the PWII price (or more) - when they could have (and PW fans would have totally forked out for it). |
