Default Opportunity that could start it all, HELP

Hey
I have been given a chance that could open many doors for me. I will be shooting indoors in a convention center and in a theatre. I have the following equipment:
5d mkii
40d
CANON EF 70-200MM F2.8L IS II USM LENS
CANON EF 100MM F2.8 L MACRO IS USM LENS
CANON EF 50MM/1.8 AF II
CANON EF 100-400MM/4.5-5.6L IS USM
CANON EF 24-105MM F4 L IS USM LENS
CANON EF-S 17-85MM F4-5.6 IS USM LENS
CANON EF-S 55-250MM 4-5.6 IS LENS
CANON SPEEDLITE 430EX II FLASH

It was suggested to me to get a Stroboframe Flash Bracket. I have never used one so, I have no idea if I really need it or which one to get. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Sean

What are you shooting? Will you even be allowed to use flash? Some details would help.

I will be shooting bodybuilders in a friends booth as well as on stage. I found a flash bracket and I am wondering if it was any good. It is at http://www.alzodigital.com/online_st...brella_kit.htm.

I would go with the stroboframe. It is cheap and fairly versatile for the money. Of your lenses, use your 70-200 and 24-105. The contstant aperture is nice when shooting any performing arts, or in your case body building.
