Default Nurburgring here i come!!

Ive been invited to ride along to the nurburgring!! WOOHOO!! but what do i bring?
So far my ENTIRE gearlist consists of:

A 1000D which is gripped, the grip has a remote shutter feature with a little remote.

Then i have the kit 18-55, a Tamron 70-300 f4, a canon 50 f1,8 (is that what is called a nifty fifty?), and then to 'top it off' i have a Sigma 170-500 f5.

Besides that i have a Yungnou YN460 flash, a flash cable that, when stretched is about 1 meter (3½ feet..ish)

2 tripods; one is a heavy and stable one, the other is your typical holiday tripod but on the plus side this other tripod is very light and rather compact when in its bag.
And then i have a monopod

For storage i have;
A good Tenba shootout bag with the bagpacability
A Tamron Megazoom that can hold my body with a lens on it
A Lowepro Rezo 110 AW
And then i have 2 lenscases from Tamrac similar to their current models 342 and 344

Before we get going, 5th of april, im expecting some slaveflashes with a remote triggersystem to arrive, but i cant really see why i should bring those along, i mean why would i need that kind of gear on the ring anyway?

So what do you think i should do? Should i just pack all of my stuff and hope for the best, or do i carefully pack JUST what is needed as i will probably walk aLOT during those 5 days?

Please note that i am comPLETELY new to this kind of photography and im on a tight tight budget (no money)

Good for you! What's on the schedule for that day, & what cars/teams do you expect to be there?
Will you be there all day?
Will you be able to get a ride to the far areas of the circuit? Pit access?
I'm guessing that you won't need the Tamron 70-300 if you take the other lenses, & I'd take a tripod & one small strobe just in case.

I will be there in a total of 3½/4 days and its in easter so there is going to be alot of activity as its the season opening.
My mission is NOT photography but to have a good time with friends, see some amazing cars and ofcause race one of the rentet swift's.
I am however the only one in the group with 'photography skillz' so ive dedicated a day to shoot some stuff on wheels i cant afford.
I was thinking about bringin all my gear and when the time comes, take the monopod, all my lenses ind the lightened tenba as my other stuff will be in the hotel and wander the fence to try and get some shots...
Is that a bad idea?

No, it's not a bad idea. You can always modify what you take each day when you see what you needed the day before.

I have no idea what you should bring but I'm really excited for you.
