Are you fulfilling yourself or using a lab?

Wont your lab supply your enveolpes? It may be to late at this point but I use GPA and they supply (for a cost) enveolpes that are pre made where you fill in the pricing and such. Just a thought I have to run right now but as long as you have all the package you want to provide these should be fine I will have to look at them a bit closer later.

im not sure what a frame number is .. the play in age's so I have the word under for Under 7's or Under 16's .. next to that is the team number which is for when you have an Under 7's 2nd team or 3rd team .. on top of that I have a section for a division just to make sure i dont mix a kid up

How do you like using GPA?

Hello again,
I also use GPA for my league printing, etc. The frame number is the camera image number... so if you take a photo of John and then take the next photo of Tim how do you know what kid matches the photo you took when you look at the images later that day or night? camera frame / image number identifies the kid being photograph...
If you shoot ten teams then you have a lot of kids on that memory card
and team photos too..
But if your system works for you, then it works for you...

keep shooting haver fun,
thanks,
Joe

GPA is great they are very helpfull and have many products.
And as Joe mentioned, these kids and photos all look alike once you start editing. You can always just scribble the Frame # on the sheet some where as I have done if you already have them printed, Just make sure to get an image of the athelte holding the form with # in view, it makes it a lot easier down the road.

Add a customer name field.
Divorced parents, grandparents, and other relatives may place orders for the same player.
I had a situation once where there were a number of divorced parents and each parent ordered packages and I wasted some of my time sorting out which parent ordered which pack.

I have this situation it seems with almost every job I shoot. We always have each parent use a different envelope.
