None of the above. Even the Hoya doesn't look to be multi-coated. Hoya has some good product lines; the one you posted just doesn't happen to be one. For a CPL (or any round filter short of extreme ND) get one of these three: B+W MRC, Heliopan SH-PMC or Hoya (S-HMC, HD, or Pro-1 lines). This sticky is aimed at the protective filters, but the quality issue applies across the board.

Also, check in at www.2filter.com. They have some of the best prices on the web, and a real human who answers the phone and will talk to you all you want about filter quality and price. Unlike Maxsavers and other HK sites, 2filter is in New Hampshire and an authorized dealer for B+W and other high end filters.

The website itself is torture, but drill in and you'll find some answers before you call.

Which goes to show that Amazon reviews mean bog all.

Of the three options the Hoya is the only one that might do a decent job, although it may Cause IQ issues under some circumstances. The first two are garbage and will degrade just about every shot you take with them on. If using filters, use GOOD ones, you get what you pay for.
