I have a 6 mo old t3i that seems to have quite a few dust specks in the swivel screen. More noticeable when turned off and obviously doesn't affect pictures but its definitely annoying. Anybody else notice this or have any idea how it happened.

I have fingerprints on mine, but they can be cleaned easily in order to get a new ones.

These aren't fingerprints. It is definitely dust under the glass

Then, imo, that's a surely a warranty case. That should not be. Where I live, I would think twice, would it be worth to wait million years and live without cam or just live with existing failure. If it's your 2-nd cam - go for the warranty - there's no questions. If one and only - depends on how fast your local dealer is.

It would take a longtime for the warranty. Thanks for the input. I think ill just live with it as I have a very busy camera schedule upcoming.
