Default Camera Setups for wedding

Hi all, I've been a lurker here for a while and could use some opinions.

Situation/Observation: I've been shooting weddings/events with the same camera setup a 5d, a 60d and a 1D mkII in my bag/car as a backup (my sports camera). My issue is that reviewing the photos from events, I find that 90% of my shots are on the 5d. I just love the look of the 5d's photos and the 60d just turns into a place to hold my fourth lens while I swap lenses on the 5d.

Question: What type of setup with these lenses (below) would you use to maximize the use of the secondary (crop sensor) camera and minimize lens-swapping on the main camera?
My other option is to just use the 1D, but it has much, much more noise than the 60d.

My lenses are:
70-200 2.8 IS
50mm 1.4
28mm 1.8
15-85mm 3.5-5.6 (never gets used because of 5.6)
24-70mm 2.8 (borrowed)
10-20mm 3.5-5.6 (borrowed, can work on 1.3x sensor @ 12mm)
2x TC (never used at a wedding)

My tendency is to use the wider general lens on the 5D, keeping a longer lens on the 40D (135L or 70-200) for detail shots. This allows me to take advantage of the 5D for the bulk of the work, establishing shots, and general work. I use the reach of the crop body for the detail shots, which are fewer.

Thanks for the tip. I tried it out at the wedding last night, kept the 70-200 2.8 on the 1d-ii, and the wider zoom on the 5d. Decided to pass on the thin dof, and not use the primes till it got dark.
Had to take out the 60d so i could do live view manual focusing on the dance floor after they turned the lights off.

Worked out great!
