Default Few Skate park shots

Got off work early today so went to the local skate park , the weather wasent great but got a few before the rain hit

have shot bmx before, i would say u are shooting to early. wait til the peak of the air.Also on the tire tap wait till he is on the ground. also get lower so it looks bigger.

There's no bokeh in your shots, what lens and aperture did use? Is this your preference?

Thanks for the look , all aperture was set to 7.1 I was using 17-40 l wide angle iso was 100 no flash , think I will go back and give it a go again try getting lower lol, thanks again any advice is much appreciated

ya was on sport, if weather holds out tomorrow think ill play with the settings a bit and see what i can get!!
