Default A fly, but which one?

Found this fly with an interesting headset.
Cannot find the ID.
Any info would be appreciated.

Awesome, makes it look really mean Looks like a type of Signal Fly.

Maybe something in this genus?? Genus -Strauzia Here is one similar - Strauzia longipennis (Sunflower Maggot) Not sure though....
