Default Smugmug: unwatermark your virtual gallery??

Is it possible to unwatermark your virtual gallery of another gallery? It seems to be impossible. I am in the process of collecting photos I have taken over couple of months for a client. All of the photos are on my Smugmug site. I want to setup a virtual gallery so that the client can access to his photos unwatermarked.

If you used the watermarking tool, then yes, you should be able to unwatermark the images. I do it all the time. Tools -> Many Photos -> Watermarking, then click the Remove radio button, Select All, then click 'Watermark'. This should remove the watermark from all images in the gallery you're in (you can also pick and choose which ones to remove it from).

Am I understanding your question correctly?

The gallery is a virtual gallery. Meaning that the photo collections are the virtual copies of the original from various galleries. It seems like you can't change the settings for these virtual copies without first changing the original copies.

Oh, yeah, I thought I missed something semi-obvious there.

The virtual galleries don't house their own copies (as far as I know); they simply refer back to where you collected it from. So yes, when you try to make a change to a virtual copy, that change flows back to the real copy (as well as all other virtual copies, at least according to the warning I'm looking at).

Yeah, they got back to me with the same question. What a pain in the butt. I have to reupload the same photos in a separate gallery.
