A new type of ignore list
Where you type in the user who you want to not see a made thread
e.g. if I put a user on this list, they won't be able to see my threads

I'll have to agree. Not just in talking about another user, but giving a user the ability to (in essence) censor what another user sees is stepping into dangerous territory.
