The 50D should fit, and the 24-70 should, too. Not sure about the 70-200 though. You'll have to measure them and check the dimensions over at Lowepro's website .

Lowepro pro Trekker AW series. Hydro bladder goes in a side pouch in a watertight sack. It doesn't go near camera equipment.

Sorry to dig up an old post but I would love to know if you got this bag and managed to fit this setup in it ... or did you end up using the main storage compartment for the 70-200?
