The 50D should fit, and the 24-70 should, too. Not sure about the 70-200 though. You'll have to measure them and check the dimensions over at Lowepro's website

Lowepro pro Trekker AW series. Hydro bladder goes in a side pouch in a watertight sack. It doesn't go near camera equipment.
