Out of interest, when you use tubes to get a macro effect, what lens is best to use with them. Bear in mind what lenses I have,. (in my sig)
I havent used my extension tube for ages but when I have used it, it has been on my 100m macro and my 60mm macro.

You could have a scout around in the Macro Talk section and see if there is already a post on it, or post the question on there. I am sure you will get some very good advice.

aww cute springalingadingdongs

I tend to use my 50mm 1.4 with the tubes, but last week also used the 70 - 300L which worked pretty well too. guess you should just try and experiment and see what works best for you.

So where's that Mr B then

Want me to give her a ride in the porker with the suspension set to the "bloody hard" setting? A couple of runs over a hump back bridge should do the trick.

That reminds me, I need more bin bags...

Ouch. A colleague and her husbands house got broken into a few days ago while they were asleep and the theives took both cars, computers, etc.

They think the prime motive was the s-line A3 that the husband owned and everything else was a bonus. The police the next day reported that they'd caught one of the cars on an ANPR camera and stopped the occupants. Who turned out to the the neighbours; the theives had taken the time to swap the registration plates over to delay detection.

Nasty work.

not good, I hope the couple are OK - that sort of thing can really spook you... working in insurance I've heard some similarly awful stories, one such was a staff member (not ours I hasten to add) was feeding rural addresses of high performance car owners to gangs of thieves

afternoon all, I had a great day yesterday and I finally have some KF shots that I like, not had chance to go through them really yet as I keep getting work given to me to sort out but I thought I best quickly sort out a quick shot while I eat my lunch, I will hopefully have a good look at some later.
Here is mum KF
