Unhappy Canon 1D classic sensor problem or something else?

I need help....
I have been noticing something weird with my pictures at 100 percent crop.

What are we suppose to be looking for? It just looks under exposed and noisy to me.

new 1Dc owner? There's no pixel peeping with the classic, especially at high ISOs. I don't see any real problems myself.

Agree here, looks pretty standard for a Dinosaur. great camera awesome colours etc but no peeping or you will start thinking bad thoughts. stay out of the dark and expose well and you will be impressed.

+1 phys the 1D is agreat old camera but high ISO , low light or long exposures not good .Also straight from the camera the files are at their softest settings

not entirely new. had the 1d classic for about 6 months and loved it. i guess thats how it is in low light then?
