Might have been a cool shot but you need to ditch the selective color thing. I think that kills it.

selective coloring fad has passed... well i thought so anyway... but some of my customers still request it... ugh... and if another customer asks me to do photos like INSTAGRAM i am going to scream... nothing but 10 yeard old actions and filters from photoshop...

Funny, my last client requested selective coloring on a B&W proof I showed her, (the clothing on her twin toddlers) reluctantly, I obliged...yet my smile hid my true thoughts.

Actually not bad...needs to be brighter but this is a good SC photo. Maybe without her nails...they're smaller, take away from his tie which is also too dark. I like though. Now, if you posted a slew of these types then it'd be old.
