ALMS Testing Days @ VIR - June 13-14

Anyone going?

I am hoping to be able to make it down on Thursday. Any advice on where to get some good shots without media credentials? This will be my first time at VIR. I also have the opportunity to rent some lenses. I'm thinking a Canon 300mm F/4. Opinions?

I am not going - got to work my real job.
VIR's access is pretty reasonable for non-media pass holders. The 300 should work fine.
I haven't covered the South Paddock area yet, but you can get turns 1-4 from the main concession.
The front straight from the start/finish tower.
And, if you hike or drive behind the other red barn above the North paddock, you catch the chicane at the end of the back straight.
