Not if you do it right.

The idea is to make the flash match the ambient color temperature. It can also warm the subject for more pleasing skin tones without warming the background.

In this case the OP just overdid it a little.

And you can add a lot of "drama" to an evening sky ...make it much bluer.....if that is your background. Personally, I like the dusky blue sky look and then warming the subject with a little CTO filter.
