Anyone going to WSBK @ Miller Motorsports Park Memorial Day Weekend

I'll be there but mostly spectating. I'll bring a body and a lens and see what I can come up with. Should be much nicer weather than last year.

I was there, brought my 60D and rented a 300 f4 Canon L lens and a 1.4x converter. Mostly set up at the first turn and the last turn, got some decent shots but lots of looking to do as I have about 2000 shots from the weekend.

I didn't have media creds but I did have a pit lane hard card so I have a few podium shots.

I had a great weekend. I took a few action shots as well and will post as soon as I have some time.

Photogs with creds go the green hard card with green lanyard. I had the yellow one which allows me in pit lane, but not out on grid or track side.

You have some nice shots there. I'm finally getting to my pics so I'm hoping to have a few up later this evening.

How did you go about getting the yellow one? Or do they determine green or yellow when you apply for credentials? I did apply for credentials, I was working with the MSTA to get them, but didn't get them in on time.

The yellow pit lane hard cards were/are mainly issued to teams/crew/VIP guests/ and anyone else involved with putting on the WSBK show. They can't be applied for as they are usually given out or issued. The green hard cards which means you are media, are the ones you can apply for, and grants you access to most all locations at the track.

Just a little advice, unless you mean to keep a pic that is OOF, I wouldn't upload it to a gallery. It only takes away from the other better pics you have. Also, while it was nice of you to put out a link to your pics, it would be nice if you selected a few choice pics (4-8) and show them on these forums. Since you use Photobucket you can easily generate the code needed to get your pics to show up here.
