The balloon rides can be tough to work around the weather. My parents received a ride gift certificate that took nearly two years and a couple dozen weather cancellations before it finally happened.

I like the concept of offering an e-session for $200 or $250, and deducting it from your wedding packages if they book. The problem with offering a cheap engagement session is the couple may have some sticker shock if they pay $100 for a 2 hour e-session, and then find your wedding photography is over $2000 for 8 hours.

I just went to your website and saw that you charge $125 for engagement sessions which does not include prints. So I'm curious as to why you would charge less just because they are riding in a hot air balloon?
I'd stick with your price list for every job no matter the circumstances. |
