Default Watermarking photos

I want to embed (?watermark) my photos with my email address so when the photos are out in the public people know how to contact me if they want photos. Can anyone tell me an easy way / program to do this with

Lightroom will do it, FastStone Image Viewer (free) will do it among several others.

Thank you Michael. I have lightroom but can't figure out how to get the watermark to stick. I go into 'edit watermark' and select the one I want on the photo but when I select 'save' it doesn't stick to the photo. What am I doing wrong?

Watermarks aren't applied to the images you view/edit in Lightroom, you apply them to the photo when you export the final version either to a website, hard drive, etc....
