1st post...

Squeaker: picked him up last Christmas eve from the shelter... My box! Mine, mine, mine, mine, mine!

Fluffy: an abandoned stray turned guard kitty. She adopted me and has been my fluffy ball of joy for the past 12 years...

Squeaker...

Did he get that name because he squeaks? That's how one of our females got the name of Squeaky.

Thank you Sandra. :D

Yes, Squeaker squeaks more than he meows... especially when he wants something and doesn't get it. ;)

I know exactly how that goes.

Thank you for adopting shelter cats. They do seem to understand the change in their predicament and love you back unconditionally - at least that's how I perceive the change in the behaviours of my three cats since adoption.

& the same can be said for allowing yourself to be adopted by Fluffy. We have been fortunate enough to be adopted by 2 strays. The day that they decide that you are trustworthy is a magical day.

Little Ginger, RIP our dear little girl.

Merlin, our current big boy. Walked onto our front deck the day my Mother passed away & not long after Little Ginger crossed the rainbow bridge.
