Engagement Photo Locations (MD/DC/VA)

I'm hoping for some suggestions on some great parks or areas for engagement shots in the DC suburb area mostly. Downtown DC is great, but looking for a couple go to places I know has the versatility to get most of the classic shots.

Any suggestions?

DC:
Capitol Lawn
WW2 Memorial Area with River/TJ Memorial
Georgetown
DuPont Circle

DC Suburbs:
Brookside Gardens (http://www.montgomeryparks.org/brookside/)
Great Falls (http://www.nps.gov/grfa/index.htm)

Colvin Run Mill is nice. They require you to get a permit if youre a "commercial or for-profit" photographer though. Its quite picturesque though with a giant working water wheel and lush greenery.

Also, its a bit further away, but the main street area of Ellicot City is quite nice.
