I’ve been told the framing on this shot is not the greatest. If the person rating this would be so kind as to tell me what specifically makes the framing bad that would be awesome. Also, let me know what you think of the B&W processing. Thanks!

8/10 frame is quite good, Love the details in the eye.

Not rating, just answering you're request.

I think the baluster in front of her face is really distracting. I keep moving my head to the right thinking I'll be able to see around it (seriously). As for the BW conversion, it may just be my screen, but it seems to have a slight bluish-ness to it? This is where NIK Silver Efex would help. Almost looks like you just desaturized it, and added a little, but not enough, if that helps at all...

I think the colors could be more vibrant, and the bounce umbrella in the background a) shouldn't be there and b) will make people say "What is that thing?"

But it is a nice portrait - 7.5/10

Woah, Nice one. 8.5/10 Love the BW conversion. Love the feel of the picture. I wish there was some detail in the blacked out area.

You've captured the moment well but I think there's a bit too much backs of heads in the foreground - maybe crop it a bit? - 6/10

I like the colors and silhouetting here. I might have cropped the bottom a bit more to remove some of the dark at the bottom. I would give it 9/10. It always seems like some of the really great shots I go for always have power lines in the wrong place. Such is the price of having power I guess.

I like that a lot, You've got sharp detail on the flower and the dark BG concentrates attention on it. I might have been tempted to shoot from a lower angle and shoot straight on to the lowest prominent petal, but that's subjective. Overall 9/10

One from me:

One from me:

7/10 Nice DoF, but the subject doesn't interest me much. I feel something is missing.

6/10. Focus is good, but a bit larger DOF would have been nice. Colors are a tad flat, and the flower looks a bit out of place.

Lovely panning shot. Really like the post processing and the sun's glare in the top right. Is there any way you could lessen the glare though? It can be a little distracting and takes my focus off the automobile and the panning. Would also love to see this shot with the watermark in a different spot. 8.5/10
