Default Need help on bird ID please

I was driving down a country road and ran into these small birds that were giving this hawk the what for. This went on for quite awhile before the hawk got the message. I can't seem to find these small birds in any of my bird books but I also know that this doesn't show them real well. This is about a 30% crop of the original. Only once did they come real close to my vehicle and I managed to get a few decent shots.

I saw this answer and I thought, "No way!", I was wrong, once again.

It's definitely an Eastern Kingbird, I had no idea they had a red spot like the Ruby-Crowned Kinglet until I searched this though.

Pictures here

Thanks for waking me up to the fact!

Randy

Nor did I, never too old to learn. I must say that is an amazing photograph, a wall hanger for sure. Nice work.
