Default The Eyes Have It

Mommy went out for some Mother's Day pampering so I had some free time to practice some macro shots on Nate. Not the most willing subject that day but he still can't run away so he is stuck with me snapping away. Critique away!

Thank you very much. The set up was canon 100mm f/2.8 macro in natural light except for 4-6 I also used a bounce flash off the ceiling to try and get some more pop to the eyes. If you were looking for camera settings or anything else specific just let me know.

Thanks. I am sure it won't be long before he will refuse to look at a me with a camera just like his sister.

These were shot with a Canon 5d MkII and a 100mm macro f/2.8 shooting between f/3.5 an f/5 and ISO 800 to get a speed of 1/400s. I would have liked to keep the ISO down but captain squirmy was requiring a high shutter speed.
