A waiver is nice. How many actually have liability insurance?

I have liability insurance and don't use a waiver. People who own the cars are hard enough to talk into having rig shots anyway without you telling them they need to take responsibility...

Do you not use a shoot contract/release?

With certain clients I do, depends on the scenario. Private work isn't really important enough to bother tbh
