EOS M wins out over the 7D for a carry-all camera. No way would I have brought the 7D out on this night with the wife and our best friends. The EOS M just worked great and didn't get in the way.

Just got mine. Here's one of the first pics. Still need to read the manual to get the most out of this thing.

Bought this camera a few weeks back and I am loving it. It was shipped with the 18-55 as a kit along with the dedicated flash, but I then bought the 22mm pancake for the f2 speed 2 weeks later. Both are sharp, but the 22mm pancake is exceptional, even at f2

The EF-M18-55 kit lens has pleasing bokeh...Overall it's a much better 18-55 lens than the ef-s version of the lens supplied with the APS-C slr bodies (It's sharp at 18mm and doesn't have the horrible CA of the ef-s equivalent).
