If any of you 5D3 firmware early adopters can confirm AF with a 5.6 lens and a 1.4x TC, I'd be very interested to hear of the results.

Well AF w/ assist beam is much better, still a bit slow but probably at least 3 times faster.

No EC for auto ISO in manual(hopefully it's something that will come next time).

The same thought crossed my mind as I loaded software from an unknown source into a camera that cost me over $3k - big sigh of relief when all worked smoothly :cool: Thanks for the link, Nekrosoft. It's nice to be able to jump the queue sometimes, even if by only five days.
