Normally I don't do HDR, but here it is... please tell me what u think?

I think as art this is a subject that works. I don't do a lot of HDR, but some things render themselves to it and this subject looks pretty good. the 2nd would pop more if the sky could be bluer.. like the first one..

First off, the bridge makes a nice subject and I like the composition of the second image, except for the person behind the pillar. The bridge is tilted in the first image.

Why did you choose to do HDR? In both images there is a lot of halo around the edges. In the first image, the top center of the roof has lost all details. In the second, the sky looks like a grey blob.

My gut instinct is that niether shot would have really benefited from HDR. I think you could have probably produced great photos with a good raw processing. What does the original middle exposure look like?
