I feel your excitement but the lighting is very ho-hum.
There is a gun thread around here somewhere, check it out for inspiration

This is the 2nd time my son, came with me to the gun range. The 1st time, he passed on shooting the rifle, but did shoot the Glock 9mm. This time he shot my AR15 M4. Turns out he is a 'natural' and is quite a good shot.

Great images! Nice AR, always wanted one. Now with the laws in NY, will never have the opportunity. Keep the thread, love the photos!

You could move to a free state, where the drinks are large and the magazines are deep.

Good pix. And nobody was hurt at-random either I bet, vs what some idiots like to claim.

At about 6:35am this morning, my son and I left for the gun range. We got there when it
opened; the 200 yds range was empty, the pistol range had 8/10 or so busy, the 100 yds
rifle range had 6/8 busy, and the shotgun range had a club using it. By the time we left,
we were the only ones at the 100yds rifle range.

The outside circle is about 7.4 inches in diameter
Preparations and
Standing up and sometimes leaning on table, hand holding the rifle.

Cool stuff.
I have 2 M4s but hardly shoot them.
I do mostly action pistol competitions. I wish someone would photograph them but
I never take pics there so why would anyone else. LOL
