Here are some things that jumped out at me:

1) The white drain pipe in the back is too distracting.
2) The left side of the photo where the wall juts out is too distracting.
3) I think it'd be better to show some of her fingers. They're too hidden by the fur. Overall, I think the pose doesn't work. It's probably cause she's nude so her hands are tied up right at her chest.
4) I might have been better to shoot this in portrait orientation since the background doesn't do anything for the photo.

The drainpipe has to go. I like her hair against the hat, and the subtle contrasts between the hat, her skin, and the wall behind her. I'm not sure what I think about her hands. The way they are clenched seems to add stress to an otherwise fun subject.

So cool, but I can't get past the background... Also, the splash of pink seems out of place. The overall image is muted, so those pink tassels pull my eye from the subject.
This one screams for a reshoot.

Just a quick edit... Addressing some of the issues raised above.

I like the area around the face. The Pink/Blue lining throws the bottom half off. Background is the wrong color for her.

Pjay's edit is a big improvement, but the original pic seems to have a strong yellow cast to it as well.

I would try a B/W conversion.
