I make it harm its very simple.

Pick the ripe Sloes (about 1Lb per litre of gin)

Put them in the freezer to break them up a bit.

Add the gin and the defrosted sloes to a sealable jar and give it a good shake

store in cool dark place shaking once a day for a week and then once a week for 2 months.

Make up a sugar and water syrup and add to taste.

Wonderful neat and even better mixed with champagne
