GC Vapes by ddk632, on Flickr
My friend just opened up a new store here in South Florida, and I did some shots for them just before the grand opening. I did a couple of detail shots and some creative fisheye shots, and this one was the proper use of the TS lens for straight verticals with a bit of shift.
The fisheye made me want for a wider angle than 17 but hey, what can you do, right?
Anyway, the exciting part is the photos you see hanging on the wall on the left are all prints of my work. They put up 8 total of my prints to decorate the big wall. Pretty stoked to have my work hanging somewhere other than my house
Any comments or C&C welcome, how does it look to you guys?
It's an attractive space and the verticals look nice but you've got too much of the acoustical tile ceiling and the perspective is too low overall. Next time, try elevating your tripod to around chest level and then shifting down to reduce the amount of ceiling in the shot a bit. Doing so will give a better perspective of the furnishings and display cases.
