From the unveiling and North American debut of the Jeff Koons BMW M3 GT2 Art Car last night at Art Basel, Miami.

BMW set up a beautiful event to showcase the car. Jeff Koons was there and gave a speech - I got to meet him and shake his hand as well, which was awesome!

One of my favorite shots, using 6D + TS-E 17, hand held, MF, f/4, 1/60, ISO 1600

**** photo edited and reuploaded **** - verticals were a little off so they have been corrected.

Love this lens! Straight after this shoot I ordered the WonderPana kit, and its very good!

Can someone post some out of camera images? I just bought this lens and I fear I may have gotten a bit ahead of myself. How much vertical correction are most still having to do with this lens (shooting architecture) in post? I am able to correct for some distortion by shifting, but I still feel I need do a bit of perpesctive cropping in photoshop. That being said, I haven't really had a chance to really try it out as its been cloudy snowy and cold. The optics of this lens is incredible though.

I only correct for minor discrepancies in post, as there's only so close you can get with the camera screen and looking at the bubble in the level. Are you shooting very tall buildings Alex?

You can also use minor tilt adjustment to correct for perspective in camera. Here's an example, this is an image that is a JPEG from the camera with no post processing -

It could be better, of course, but I had the perspective issue where I shifted and the building was not exactly vertical (it looked like it was falling back a little bit, maybe I didn't have the camera perfectly level). I think it could also be due to the close garage up front and the far building not lining up perfectly from where I was shooting. I tilted vertically to adjust the blue building to be as vertical as possible.

@PGD - Yes, I am trying to shoot tall buildings in manhattan.

@DDK - It was my understanding that tilting changes the angle of the focus plane. I haven't really played around with the tilt much yet, but i figured it would be good, if say I were point the camera up at a building, to try and get the entire building from ground to the top in focus. I will have to try and adjust the tilt as well.
